Prints of Freedom

Remembering Roots

"Remembering Roots" is a striking limited edition print from the Prints of Freedom portfolio by artist Michelle Finnegan. Inspired by the Apollo 11 lunar patch designed by her uncle, astronaut Michael Collins, the print features a handprint of a relative in place of the eagle on the patch. 20% of the proceeds of this print were pledged to the Father James Skehan Scientific Research fund at Boston College, and another 20% were pledged to establish the Joseph M. Finnegan scholarship fund at Boston College High School. With its stunning colors and powerful message of family and community support, "Remembering Roots" is a beautiful addition to any art collection.

100% of limited edition prints Remembering Roots' is going to charities including the Joseph M. Finnegan Scholarship Fund at BC High, the Father Skehan Scientific Research Fund at BC, Essential Art, and a fund in Collier County to create paying jobs so survivors can help themselves.
